Meds Marketing Portal

Privacy policy

Effective October 9, 2026. This policy describes how Meds Marketing Portal handles information for its creative production workspace and creator submission workflows.

Information we access

  • Google sign-in provides account identifiers, your email address, and basic profile information to authenticate you and determine workspace access.
  • If an authorized user separately connects Gmail, the portal can access messages, headers, attachments, and delivery links to organize creator deliveries. Depending on granted permissions, it can prepare drafts and update mailbox labels or message status for production workflows.
  • If you connect Google Drive, Docs, or Sheets, the portal can access file metadata, authorized file content, documents, and spreadsheet records. Write permissions, when granted, support production documents, spreadsheet updates, and delivery filing.
  • The portal also handles submitted media, scripts, creator contact and assignment information, review comments, and operational records. Technical logs and session cookies support security, troubleshooting, and authentication.

How information is used

We use information to provide access, coordinate creative work, identify and match deliveries, store and review submissions, synchronize connected production tools, and maintain the service. Automated analysis may transcribe media, produce searchable descriptions or embeddings, and suggest delivery matches or draft content. Authorized users review workflow results.

Google account access depends on the permissions you grant. Google sign-in and optional workspace integrations are separate connections.

Storage and sharing

The service stores operational records and authentication information using Supabase and Google Cloud, and stores production media in Google Cloud Storage. Authorized workspace members may access records relevant to their work; invited creators receive access through their assigned submission links.

Information needed to perform enabled workflows may be processed by service providers, including Google, Supabase, Frame.io, and configured media-analysis or AI providers such as OpenAI and ContentFactory. Transfers are limited to the information needed for the relevant feature. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and its users.

Google user data and Limited Use

Meds Marketing Portal’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used to provide or improve the user-facing production features described here. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train general-purpose AI or machine-learning models.

Retention and deletion

Production records and media are retained while needed for the workspace’s production, review, and operational purposes, or to meet applicable obligations. Disconnecting an integration stops future access through that connection but does not automatically delete files or records already imported into the workspace. Backup copies and security records may remain until their normal retention cycles expire.

To request deletion of your account information or imported data, email matthew@bluechew.com and identify the account and records concerned. We will review the request, verify your authority over the data, and explain any records that must be retained.

Your choices and security

You can disconnect supported integrations in the portal and revoke access through your Google Account connections. You can contact support to request access, correction, or deletion. The service uses access controls and encrypted transport; OAuth credentials are handled on the server. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
